How we use your data
All images used on our website and marketing have been taken and used before 25th May 2018 when the new GDPR came into effect.
All images were obtained with the consent of the adult themselves or if an image of a child consent was given by the parent or responsible adult accompanying them.
If since the introduction of the new GDPR Rules you have changed your mind about you image or that of the child's image being used by us then please can you notify us by e mail to [email protected] with a copy of the image you want removed and we will do this for you at our earliest convenience.
Also if you have left us a review in the past and this has been published and you want your name removed please let us know.
We have never sold or passed on our clients data to anyone else. We never will do.
We keep the basic information that we need to complete your booking which is your name, a contact number, an e mail address if you have booked by e mail and the address of the party or event.
Once your party or event is completed then the e mail is deleted and the information taken out of our on line diary as completed.
For invoiced corporate bookings your invoice copies are kept electronically for our accounts for 6 years.
For parties just the event venue address, your name and date of party is kept electronically for our accounts for 6 years.
We do not direct market you, nor have any other marketing companies acting on our behalf.
